MUNDO CLIPPER sends its products all over the world.

The purchase is subject to the payment of shipping costs, on account of the buyer. The shipping costs depend on the destination and the total amount of the order. The costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you will be able to check how much the shipping costs are before finalizing the purchase.

Mundo Clipper will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as fortuitous cases or force majeure.

  • Consumer Goods Guarantee

As a client, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approved the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”). Consequently, you have the right of withdrawal which consists of being able to cancel the contract entered into without having to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a provision of services.

You must express your intention to cancel within the indicated period and proceed to return the product, reimbursing the price paid. If you have problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a complaint through the dispute resolution platform of the European Union here. MUNDO CLIPPER reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim submitted through the platform.

  • Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions were to be declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness would only affect that provision, and these General Conditions would subsist in all other respects, such provision being deemed not to be included.

  • Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. MUNDO CLIPPER and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in relation to the procurement of products or services subject to these General Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s home.
